Booking Policies
1. Free of charge for children under age of 3 sleeping in baby cots
2. Additional mattresses are charged the same as maximized sleeping,click here for more details
3. There is a minimum 2 nights stay on weekends.
4. Check-in times are at 3pm and check out at noon, for early check in or late check out, please inquire 48 hours prior to arrival and is subject to availability and extra charge may incur.
5. All houses with the exception of the Purple Ridge Lodge “club house” are rented out as a whole house only.
6. We operate on a “first confirm first serve policy” i.e. whoever confirms with us first by placing a 50% deposit will get priority. Inquiries over phone or email will not be served as a booking confirmation.
7. Our quotation and booking emails are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. If a deposit is not made within 7 days, unless otherwise arranged, the quotation and booking becomes void.
8. naked Retreats reserves the right to refuse any bookings.
9. Any corporate or special tailor made events are subject to an additional 15% service charge.
1. 50% deposit is required within 7 days upon the date the quotation is issued. The booking is only confirmed with the deposit.
2. 100% rental payment is required within 14 days prior to the check in date.
3. A credit card guarantee is required at check in at the retreats.
4. The remainder of the balance along with any other expenses incurred can be paid for at the retreats at the end of your stay.
5. Payment channels – payment can be made by bank transfer or credit cards and/or by cash at our Shanghai or Moganshan offices. Please note that there is a 2% & 4% handling fee for local and international credit cards respectively.
1. Change of date of stay must be made 7 days in advance and only within 3 months of planned date of stay.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
1. Cancellations made 21 days prior to date of check in will receive full refund of the amount paid.
2. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of check in will be liable to a 100% penalty fee on the full rental amount of the agreed booking
3. naked Retreats is not liable for any cancellations caused by war, hostilities, warlike operations, armed conflicts, strike, civil commotion, riots; confiscation or requisition by the public authorities; nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactivity contamination.
4. naked Retreats is not liable for any cancellations caused by earthquake, lightning, storm, flood, volcanic eruption, subterranean fire, hurricane, typhoon, windstorm and other natural disasters.
5. naked Retreats is not liable for any cancellations caused by any health epidemic outbreak such as SARS or foot and mouth diseases.
IN CONSIDERATION of being part of the naked retreats experience I, for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin:
1.ACKNOWLEDGE, agree and represent that I am aware of the nature of being outdoors and the dangers it may bring. I understand the dangers associated with being in the countryside and partaking in any activities such as hiking, mountain biking, swimming and fishing. I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to be in an outdoors environment and to participate in such activities if so desired.
2. FULLY UNDERSTAND that: (a.); The above mentioned activities has RISKS AND DANGERS of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death ("Risks"); (b.) these Risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activities, the condition in which these activities take place, or the negligence of the Releases names below; (c.); there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I incur as a result of my participation in these activities.
