naked Retreats menus are, as far as possible, made up of meat and vegetables that we have brought ‘from farm to fork’. If we cannot produce it at our own organic farm, we will purchase direct from the producer, as close to the source as we can get. We will go and find him in his field. In our kitchens we use minimal oil, absolutely no flavouring additives or MSG and we cook all ingredients as lightly and simply as possible.
