BOOKING POLICIES

• Free of charge for children under age of 3 sleeping in baby cots
• Additional mattresses are charged the same as maximized sleeping
• There is a minimum 2 nights stay on weekends.
• Check-in time is at 3pm and check out is at noon. For early check ins or late check outs, please inquire 48 hours prior to arrival as it is subject to availability.
• For late check outs, extra half day’s charge may be applied.
• All houses, with the exception of the Purple Ridge Lodge, are rented out as a whole house only.
• We operate on a “first confirm first serve policy” i.e. whoever confirms with us first by placing a 50% deposit will get priority. Inquiries over phone or email will not be served as a booking confirmation.
• Our quotation and booking emails are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. If a deposit is not made within 7 days, unless otherwise arranged, the quotation and booking becomes void.
• naked Retreats reserves the right to refuse any bookings.
• Any corporate or special tailor made events are subject to an additional 15% service charge.

PAYMENT POLICES

• 50% deposit is required within 7 days upon the date the quotation is issued. The booking is only confirmed with the deposit.
• 100% rental payment is required within 14 days prior to the check in date.
• A credit card guarantee is required at check in at the retreat.
• The remainder of the balance, along with any other expenses incurred, can be paid at the retreat at the end of your stay.
• Payment channels – payment can be made by bank transfer or credit cards and/or by cash at our Shanghai or Moganshan offices. Please note that there is a 2% and 4% handling fee for local and international credit cards respectively.

AMENDMENT POLICIES

• Change of date of stay must be made 7 days in advance and only within 3 months of planned date of stay.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

• Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days prior to date of check-in will receive full refundof the deposit.**
• Cancellations made less than 14calendar days prior to the date of check-in will receive zero refund of the deposit.**
• Any cancellation in outsourced activities made less than 7 calendar days before planned arrival date shall be invoiced 100% of the Activity amount cancelled.**
• naked Retreats is not liable for any cancellations caused by war, hostilities, warlike operations, armed conflicts, strike, civil commotion, riots; confiscation or requisition by the public authorities; nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactivity contamination.
• naked Retreats is not liable for any cancellations caused by earthquake, lightning, storm, flood, volcanic eruption, subterranean fire, hurricane, typhoon, windstorm and other natural disasters.
• naked Retreats is not liable for any cancellations caused by any health epidemic outbreak such as SARS or foot and mouth diseases.
• The contract between naked Retreats and the guest will only become definitive when the guest has returned to naked Retreats both the contract itself, containing the Disclaimer and Policies, dated and signed, accompanied by the corresponding deposit.
• Calendar days are counted per the examples below:
• Contract is returned on June 15, deposit must be made before 6pm on June 22.
• Date of planned outing is June 15, revision in date of stay must be made before 6pm on June 1.
• Date of planned outing is June 15, amendment in number of attendees must be made before 6pm on June 1.
• Date of planned outing is June 15, full refund of the deposit will be given for cancellation made before 6pm on May 25, and no refund of the deposit will be given for cancellations after 6pm on June 1.
• Date of planned outing is June 15, last day to cancel any outsourced activity without penalty is before 6pm on June 8.
