‘Kikaboni’ (‘organic’ in Swahili), the Stables’ standout restaurant, is inspired by Africa and Asia in both its décor and the kitchen. We have created a unique selection of dishes that are ideal for sharing and the menu is dictated by the seasons to showcase the freshest ingredients. Order your meal according to what’s fresh and in season.

Open: breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30, the restaurant is closed for lunch, and the kitchen is open for dinner from 18:00 to 22:00, although the restaurant will stay open”till late” for that last glass of wine…
