  What is the different between the resorts?

  At all of our resorts, you can expect to immerse into nature, and participate in the regions’ local activities. The name of each resort alludes to a highlight feature of the resort, be sure to check it out when you go!

• AVAILABILITY & BOOKINGS

  How do I confirm my booking?

  Once we receive your request, we will tentatively block your room and send you a quotation within 24 hours. A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Please call our reservations team at 400 9200 518 to provide your credit card information. Once we receive your credit card information, we will send you a confirmation letter, and your reservation is complete. In addition to booking via phone or email, you can also book online.

• ACTIVITIES

  Do I need to book activities in advance?

  Due to limited space, for horse riding (at naked Stables) and appointments at naked Leaf Spa, please book in advance. For all other activities, please reserve upon arrival at the resort.

  What can I do at the resort?

  Please visit the "Do" section for naked Stables and naked Castle for a list of resort activities and pricing.

• ROOM RATES & PACKAGES

  Do you have a children’s price?

  For children 3 and under, we offer complimentary baby cots and breakfast. For children 3-12, please inquire with our reservations team by phone (400 9200 518 – within China, or +86 021-52837001 outside of China) or by email (reservations@livenaked.com) for prices.

  Are there any special rates for booking?

  Please refer to the "promotions" page on each resort’s website as we are constantly updating our special offers.

• ACCOMMODATION

  Is there a limit on number of people within the room?

  Yes, please double confirm the occupancy limit depending on the room type you are booking. If you exceed the occupancy limit, the resort has the right to turn away additional guests.

  What is the kitchen equipped with?

  The Tree Top Villas (naked Stables) and Bungalows (naked Home) are equipped with an induction top, a microwave oven and an oven. Some also include an outdoor gas barbecue for you to use. Please enquire when you are reserving if you have any specific questions.

  What utensils are kitchens equipped with?

  Kitchens come equipped with cutleries & plates, wine glasses, water glasses, a frying pan, a pot, a wok, cooking utensils, a cutting board and a knife set.

  Are there DVD players in the room?

  Yes, rooms are equipped with DVD players. Complimentary DVD rentals are available at our Activities Centre.

  Are there speakers in the room?

  Yes, rooms are equipped with iPhone/iPod docks.

  Are baby cots available?

  Yes, to ensure availability, please book in advance.

• FOOD

  Is breakfast included in my accommodation fee?

  In general, each guest is credited with one delicious breakfast buffet for each nights stay. If you booked on a special rate or with a voucher, please double check the Terms & Conditions of the voucher to confirm.

  How many restaurants are at the resort?

  Please refer to the Eat section on each resort’s website for specific food & beverage outlet details.

  Can I cook my own meals in my accommodation?

  If the accommodation you booked has a full kitchen, please feel free to use it at your own leisure.

  Can we bring food to cook or barbecue?

  Yes, please feel free to bring your own ingredients to use during your stay. If you have forgotten anything, please do alert us, and we will see what we can do for you!

• TRANSPORTATION

  How long does it take to get there?

  Please check the "transport" tab for each resort for travel details.

• PETS

  Are we allowed to bring pets?

  naked Castle welcomes our four legged friends to enjoy the beautiful nature at Moganshan. Please visit the "Do" section for naked Stables naked Castle for related information and regulations.

• COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

  Is commercial shooting allowed on the resort?

  Commercial shoots are only allowed with prior written approval from naked Retreats PR department. Contact us at marketing@livenaked.com if you’d like to arrange a commercial shoot.
