Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy
• Peak season is from March to November, excluding Prime Peak Season. Prime Peak demand dates include holidays, sporting events, groups and regional conventions, local cultural events, and others specified by the Hotel from time to time. We suggest booking 60 days in advance during these times.
• Off peak season is from December to February, excluding Prime Peak Season. We suggest booking 30 days in advance during this time.
• The earliest check-in time is 3pm and the latest check-out is 12 noon.
• Early check-in and late check-out are all subject to availability and cannot be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Pet policy - naked Castle is a pet-friendly resort (size of pet permitting). naked Stables does not allow pets, unfortunately. If you have any questions regarding your pet at one of our resorts, please call our Guest Services team at 400 9200 518.
• As of the 1st December 2019, naked Retreats no longer provide the disposable in-room amenities. However, if you do require combs, razors and more, please contact the guest service center on 0572-80466668 (naked Stables) or 0572-8881111 (naked Castle).
• All prices are subject to 10% service charge. All prices and service charge are subject to additional 6% VAT (value added tax).
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made more than 7 calendar days prior to date of check-in.
• Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to the date of check-in will be regarded as dates stayed.
• Deposit RMB500 or 1000 per room per night is requested for each booking based on seasonality, deposit relevant to the first night charge is requested during Chinese public holidays such as Chinese New Year, Qingming, May Labor Dar, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese National holiday, any cancellations/amendments must be informed 7 days in advance prior to arrival. Otherwise, the deposit will be non-refundable.
• Minimum 2 nights stay on Saturday and public holidays.
Cancellation Policy Activities
• Bookings canceled without 2 hours prior notice and requires no replacement will incur full cancellation fee;
• When a booking is canceled less than 2 hours in advance, replacement is considered as a new booking; i.e. the full cancellation fee plus new activity fee will apply.
• Early booking rooms and room rates are limited. Please be advised that once you confirm your early booking, you cannot change the dates or cancel.

Disclaimer

IN CONSIDERATION of being part of the naked Retreats experience I, for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin:

1. ACKNOWLEDGE, agree and represent that I am aware of the nature of being outdoors and the dangers it may bring. I understand the dangers associated with being in the countryside and partaking in any activities such as hiking, mountain biking, swimming and fishing. I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to be in an outdoors environment and to participate in such activities if so desired.
2. FULLY UNDERSTAND that:
(a) The above mentioned activities has RISKS AND DANGERS of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death (“Risks”);
(b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activities, the condition in which these activities take place, or the negligence of the Releases names below;
(c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I incur as a result of my participation in these activities.
3. AGREE AND WARRANT that I will examine and inspect each activity in which I take part as a guest of naked retreats, if I observe any condition which I consider to be unacceptably hazardous or dangerous, I will notify the proper authority in charge of the activity and will refuse to take part in the activity until the condition has been corrected to my satisfaction.
4. HEREBY RELEASE, discharge, and covenant not to sue naked Retreats and their employees, from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my account caused or allege to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releasees, from any litigation’s expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which any may incur as a result of such claim.Comment on above article：You may reserve this article as no harm at present, but please notice that it has no legal effect in China when dispute arises, especially hotel is proved to be fault in the damage results.
5. FULLY UNDERSTAND that all behaviour at any of the naked Properties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People’s Republic of China.
6. FULLY UNDERSTAND that I am liable to pay for any items that are damaged in the houses and around the area during my stay.
7. FULLY UNDERSTAND that naked Retreats will not be liable for any personal items being lost or stolen in and around the houses.
8. FULLY UNDERSTAND naked Retreats will not be liable for any injuries or death occurred during the transfer of guests to and from Moganshan, they provide facilitation and assistance in organising transportation for the guests.
9. FULLY UNDERSTAND that I am responsible for purchasing suitable insurance for my travels I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.

PARENTAL CONSENT

I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of nature of being outdoors and the dangers it may bring. I understand the dangers associated with activities such as hiking, mountain biking, swimming and fishing.

I understand the minor’s experience and capabilities and believe the minor to be qualified to participate in such activities.

I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releasees from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on the minor’s account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or part by the operations, and further agree that if, despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone on the minor’s behalf makes a claim against any of the above Releasees, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or cost any may incur as the result of any such claim.
